      Troubleshooting your Voicemail

      I forgot my password.

      If you have forgotten your password, you must either contact us or reset your password from your Customer Centre account. If you do not have an account already, you will need to register for one with your Shaw account number and your modem's serial number.

       

      From your Customer Centre account:

       

      1. Click Home Phone in the left menu and then Manage Phone Features.
      2. Click Manage Features next to the phone number for which you want to reset the password.
      3. Under Voicemail, you will be able to enter a new PIN. Choose a four- to 19-character password, using the same numbers and characters found on your telephone's number pad (0-9, * and #). You must also enter it in the Confirm window.
      4. Click Save Settings.
